We need someone like you to help us in different areas:
- Coordination and organization of technical teams on international separate locations.
- End to end management of strategic projects.
- Preparation of budgets. Dialogue with suppliers.
- Implementation of new functionalities based on requirements / scenarios captured by the Product Owner in user stories.
- Participate in squad and project meetings and dynamics.
- Support squad's products on its way to production.
- Adhere to defined quality standards and processes.
- Able to own architectural and design decisions during the whole lifecycle of the software.
- Define and implement bug-tolerant designs.
EXPERIENCE
- 5 years of experience in banking environments.
- 5 years of experience managing transformation projects.
EDUCATION
- Bachelor´s degree or similar.
- Project management: PMP certification desirable.
SKILLS & KNOWLEDGE
- Delivery mindset.
- Technical knowledge of infrastructure and commercial cloud (AWS) products.
- General knowledge of the different architectures and solutions implemented in Santander.
- Project management: Phases, planning, execution, monitoring and reporting.
- High level financial knowledge on securities and complex structured products.
- Product management experience in Financial Services / Fintech
- Analytical capacity.
- Teamwork, proactivity.
- Fluent English.
