**WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING**

As a **Senior Storage Engineer **your mission will be help to build solutions to integrate cloud and on-premise worlds. Your responsibilities will be providing design input, support and collaborate with the rest of areas and analysts on project milestones, and analyzing weaknesses and recommending system improvements.

We need somebody like you to help us in different fronts:

- Engineering expertise in design architectures.
- System integration and testing.
- Conducts products evaluations and communicates “lessons learned”.
- Elaborate RFI / RFP.
- Training, mentoring and validating the work of less experienced engineers.

**WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR**

EXPERIENCE
- 5-10 years’ experience as a Storage Specialist Engineer with main focus in SAN, Block and File management, Cloud and troubleshooting.
- Specific experience in the financial sector is a plus.

EDUCATION
- Education System Engineering or other relevant IT degree.
- Excellent communication skills (English and Spanish) and ability to exercise balanced judgment in interactions with stakeholders.

SKILLS & KNOWLEDGE
- ITIL Knowledge. Proficiency in ServiceNow.
- IT Storage Expertise
- Experience in Key Players (such as Dell EMC, PureStorage, NetApp, Hitachi and IBM)
- Experience with SAN products such as Brocade FC switches and directors.
- Professional Certifications.

**Recommended**
- Programing languages: Python/Ansible.
- Experience with VMware Productos & Solutions.
- Familiarity with Private, Hybrid or Public Cloud Environments (such as Amazon AWS, Microsoft Azure or Google Cloud Platform)
- Monitoring tools
