**Your role**
**As a**ServiceNow HR Junior Business Analyst Intern**you will have opportunity to**:
- Working closely as part of a global HR/IT team on ServiceNow, being supported by senior colleagues who will drive and support you in your daily tasks
- Working in “business as usual” activities and projects following Agile principles through discovery, design, build, test, and deployment activities
- Gathering business requirements: collaborate with HR business teams to understand their needs, identify areas for improvement, and document detailed business requirements
- Writing stories in a concise manner with business requirements and explaining them to more technical people (e.g. developers)
- Designing processes: analyze existing HR business solutions and design streamlined processes within the ServiceNow platform
**Your Skills and Experience**
**We would like to give this opportunity to somebody who is**:
- Active student status with Spanish University/School is mandatory
- University student interested in developing career in tech field - ServiceNow
- Looking for at least 12 months part-time/internship program
- Tech savvy approach, able to translate tech language to business
- An enthusiastic, highly motivated, capable, curious person craving to learn
- Good analytical skills, attention to details and great level or professionalism
- A good team player with responsible and can-do attitude
- Fluent in English for communication with colleagues and business contacts in different countries
