**Your role**

**As an HR Intern you will have opportunity to support to HR generalist in all these areas**:

- Learning and Development
- Recruitment
- HR metrics and dashboards
- Maintenance HR databases and Document tracking systems.
- Provides support to the Human Resources Team working on different projects
- Provide feedback and recommendations for the improvement of processes and systems.

Throughout this internship, you will get to know the multiple aspects within the Department of Human Resources giving support to the different areas of HR in our Technology Delivery Center in Barcelona.

**Your Skills and Experience**

**We would like to give this opportunity to somebody who is**:

- Active student status with Spanish University/School is mandatory related to Human Resources, preferably last year
- University student interested in developing career in tech field
- Looking for at least 6 months part-time/internship program and dedicate around 30h per week
- Tech savvy approach
- An enthusiastic, capable, curious person craving to learn
- A good team player with responsible and can-do attitude
- Able to use English for communication with colleague and managers from abroad on daily basis
- Basic Python Knowledge
- High level of Microsoft Office 365 (Excel, Word, Ppt)
