- We now have an internship opportunity for a passionate people-person with attention to details and good organization and time management skills.
- Internship - HR Operations
- HR Operations team makes sure all HR processes, paperwork and benefits administration is done on time and in a properly manner for seven countries throughout Europe. We are a team of four payroll specialists located in different countries and supporting different company units.
- As an intern with us you will be located in our Barcelona office but your scope will also include countries outside Spain. The internship will take place mainly in the office but with a hybrid approach when needed.

**What you'll do**
- Support the HR Operations department in day-to-day operations- Learn and practice different payroll jurisdictions, mainly Spain, Netherlands, and Sweden- Perform benefit administration- Support in case management for HR related questions- Update and maintain data in different HR systems such as HRIS, Time & Attendance, Employee Engagement etc.**What you should have**
- Degree in Labour Relations or Law (about to finish or recently finished)**Availability to sign an internship agreement with us (via university or SOC).**
- Basic Level of Excel (if it’s advanced is not going to hurt)- Fluent in English language, verbal and written**Working for Lynk & Co**
