We are looking for an HR and Office Management Intern to support our HR team in Barcelona , ensuring smooth office operations while helping us boost also our employer branding online. If you're organized, creative, and love digital communication, this role is for you Your Role at Weekendesk HR Administration & Office Management Maintain and update employee databases and records. Assist with onboarding new employees and manage related documents. Manage office supplies and coordinate with IT and Accounting providers. Ensure smooth office logistics and internal processes. Oversee reception duties and phone call management. Employer Branding & Recruitment Manage job postings and internship offers across digital platforms. Coducting interviews in at least two languages. Support internal communication initiatives. Help organize internal events and team-building activities. Does This Sound Like You? Currently studying Psychology, Labor Relations, Human Resources, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. Organized and process-driven , with an eye for detail. Creative and familiar with social media (especially LinkedIn). Good with Office tools (especially Excel) . People-oriented : proactive, reliable, and enthusiastic. Languages : Fluent in Spanish & English (French is a big PLUS). Perks & Benefits A hands-on internship combining HR operations and digital communication.
