**Carts Guru is looking for a talented and highly motivated Human Resources Assistant (internship) to join our team based in Barcelona**:
Carts Guru was founded in 2017 in Barcelona and is now a growing scale-up with customers in France, Spain, USA, and many other places across the world. Our talented team is international, representing more than 8 countries.

Your role as Human Resources Assistant (internship) is:
**Key responsibilities**:

- Help to update all the process and documents.
- Support to the recruitment process, Job descriptions, Screening, calls, schedule interviews, etc.
- Support with the internal day to day operations.
- Support with the on-boarding & off-boarding processes.
- Administrative functions for personnel, absenteeism, reports, sickness, etc.
- General Support to the HR area.

**Qualifications**:

- ** Currently studying a Master's in human resources or related.**
- Ability to work and communicate **fluently in Spanish and English,** French is a plus.
- Good decision-making skills and judgement.
- Ability to interpret large amounts of data and to multi-task.
- Smart, fast learner and tech-savy: yes, we’re a SaaS company, so we grow up fast but as well we live in changes. Be flexible, adaptable and keep your head up
- Winner mindset: you think success, so you’re devoted to contributing to the expansion of a structure
- Friendly and polite, whether with your colleagues or with your customers, use your communication skills
- Would be a plus previous experience with either SaaS products or eCommerce companies in HR.
