**Job description**:
**Mantu** is seeking an **HR Data Analyst Intern** to join our People Analytics team in **Barcelona**, Spain.

This internship offers the opportunity to work with real HR data, contribute to decision-making, and develop strong foundations in data automation, structuring, and visualization.

**Your responsibilities**

Under the supervision of a data lead and within a dynamic team, you will contribute to:

- Building or improving HR dashboards (Power BI), including training follow-up, turnover, absenteeism, and performance
- Participating in the automation of reporting flows using Power Automate, VBA, or Python
- Querying databases (SQL) to extract, clean, and structure HR data
- Creating simple analytical tools for non-technical HR teams
- Working on a transversal project (e.g., data scraping POC, automated connectors)
- Documenting your work to ensure reproducibility and handover

**Your profile**
- You are a student in engineering, business school, or university with a focus on data, BI, or computer science
- You are proficient in SQL and advanced Excel, and you have a good grasp of Power BI
- You have basic knowledge of Python (pandas, scripting, API usage) or are willing to improve in this area
- You are curious, organized, and enjoy making data understandable and actionable
- A first experience in a data project (internship, freelance, or personal project) is a plus
