As **SAP CoE Operations Manage, EMEA **you will join the PPG Global SAP Center of Excellence (CoE). You will be responsible for working closely with IT and Business stakeholders in EMEA to align and deliver strategic priorities within the SAP domain. You will be accountable for ensuring the team adheres to established KPIs and SLAs. You will lead and develop an engaged and skilled Operations team who collaborate globally. Do you possess great leadership abilities? Are you able to communicate with stakeholders at all levels of the organization? Do you possess business process expertise and understand how SAP enables standardized and integrated business processes?

**Key Responsibilities****:

- Work with IT and Business Stakeholders to align on and deliver strategic priorities as well as agreed KPIs and SLAs
- Build a highly motivated and skilled SAP COE Operations team that utilizes industry best practice tools and procedures
- Build up SI functional resource team to supplement the internal team’s capabilities
- Collaborate with Global Business Services organization to drive standardization and simplification of business processes and play a role in S/4 Global Template implementation within EMEA
- Take accountability for service delivery performance. Monitor and manage Business As Usual activities to ensure optimal services
- Provide accurate and regular reports to the management on performance of the service delivery
- Ensure that systems, procedures, and methodologies are in place to support best in class service delivery
- Take ownership of critical incidents, coordinate with resolution parties, and establish effective communication between stakeholders for post-incident reviews
- Propose strategies for service delivery optimization

**Qualifications****:

- Bachelor's degree preferably in Information Systems Management, Computer Science, Engineering or other discipline with 10+ years of IT or equivalent experience
- Business process expertise across multiple domains with an understanding of how SAP enables standardized and integrated business processes
- 3+ years' experience as Service Delivery manager or equivalent. Proven track record of SAP service delivery
- Previous people leadership experience demonstrating a successful track record in IT operations management
- Ability to operate in a large and complex organization
- Able to deal with ambiguous situations and provide leadership to ensure successful outcomes
- Takes initiatives and helps others identify opportunities
- Actively seeks to promote and share knowledge, insights and learning
- Proactive and process mind set
- Strong experience in supplier collaboration with offshoring model
- Strong Change Management skills
- Excellent problem solving & team collaboration skills
- Communication Skills: Fluent English written and verbal. Confident communicating with senior stakeholders
- Willingness to travel up to 25% including some international travel with flexibility in primarily working remotely using virtual means of collaboration with colleagues and key stakeholders

**Preferred Requirements**:

- Experience with Agile methodology
- Experience with ITIL Framework. ITIL Certification
- Master's degree
- Project management incl. end to end SAP ECC or S/4 implementation cycles
