This role is the first Marketing Operations hire at Workato in EMEA. This exciting opportunity will tap into your strong project management, attention to detail, analytical and interpersonal skills to drive the success of our marketing programs in the region. You will be responsible for partnering closely with our EU-based and US-based marketing teams and our in-region sales ops team. This role is based in London or Barcelona and reports to the Growth Manager in San Francisco. **Responsibilities**: In this role, you will be responsible to: - **EMEA Growth Inbound**:Optimizing our growth inbound channels to increase SDR efficiencies and conversion rates. Work closely with the EMEA Inbound SDR Manager - **Reporting and Analytics**: - Building reports/dashboards, providing analytics, and ad hoc reporting requests from various members of the marketing for growth initiatives and business priorities. - Monitoring marketing and growth performance, pipeline, and KPI reporting and analysis - **Workato**: Deep understanding of Workato Recipes to drive strategy and create automation to streamline marketing processes and workflows. (Bonus points if you have experience with Workato) - **GDPR**:Refine and manage our GDPR consent and compliance - **Execution & Strategy**: - Support Marketing and Growth team with Marketo & Salesforce campaign creation, tracking, attribution, and lead routing - Drive and maintain marketing data integrity across the GTM tech stack - Make sure that opportunities and meetings are tagged correctly in Salesforce - Maintain and manage the EMEA Database in Marketo and ensure proper segments and standardization adhered too **Requirements**: **Qualifications / Experience / Technical Skills** - 3-5 years of experience in B2B SaaS Marketing/Sales/Growth Operations experience - A technical bachelor's degree is preferred - Advanced knowledge of Marketo and Salesforce (Certifications preferred but not required). Must have hands-on experience with Outreach as well - Demonstrated expertise in building mature marketing technology stacks, integrating marketing tools to support business objectives, and establishing scalable processes - Ability to work on multiple, simultaneous marketing programs - Ability to travel as needed - Native and/or Fluent in English - Must be data-driven, have a natural knack for technology, and be able to demonstrate technical ability **Soft Skills / Personal Characteristics** - Attention to detail and strong analytical skills is non-negotiable - Self-starter with the ability to drive projects from inception to completion - Excellent interpersonal skills, high energy, and enthusiasm, team-oriented, strong cross-group collaborator - Strong analytical skills, adept at pulling, analyzing, and communicating business insights - Natural drive for innovation and creative problem solving - Manage multiple concurrent projects with multiple deadlines - Must possess seamless and precise communication and presentation skills - Exceptional attention to detail and follow-through
