**Marketing Programs Manager - EMEA**
The Onshape business unit is a fast-moving start-up like environment within the greater PTC organization. We are creating the next generation of engineering software TODAY and are building an exceptional team of marketing professionals to help bring it to market. We are looking for a highly motivated Marketing Programs Manager to join the Onshape Demand Generation Team and manage a small team and support our marketing initiatives throughout EMEA. This is a unique opportunity to join an outstanding team and play a key role in our go to market strategy.
This role is responsible for developing, executing, and measuring lead generation campaigns to drive qualified leads into the pipeline for our EMEA commercial business. This includes creating and launching campaigns across multiple channels, in partnership with internal stakeholders and other marketing team members to increase lead generation and drive business outcomes. If you have experience creating campaigns that generate high-quality demand, are hungry to sharpen your digital marketing skills, and want to join a fast-paced, dynamic team - this role is for you.
**Success in this role will include the ability to**:
- Manage and track allocated budget and marketing mix across the region and make recommendations for improvements
- Work with our marketing and sales teams to become an expert on the company's lead funnel - from web visitor to customer and everything in-between
- Manage multiple campaigns simultaneously and adjust as needed to optimize results and perform A/B testing with regularity
- Design automations/workflows that align with campaign strategy
- Drive continual process improvement and innovation
- Analyze and report results from all outbound campaigns by channel and geo and make recommendations to continually improve metrics including open rates, CTR, leads and opportunities
- Maintain knowledge of digital marketing best practices
**Preferred Skills and Knowledge**:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, and ability to work with all levels of marketing and sales staff
- Analytical mindset and takes a data-first approach to decision making
- A highly self-motivated, proactive contributor who works well as a leader and within a team environment
- Extremely organized with exceptional attention to detail
- Strong prioritization skills with an ability to multi-task
- Multi-lingual a HUGE plus
**Preferred Experience and Qualifications**:
- Minimum 5 years working in a professional and cross-functional environment
- A proven track record leading effective lead generation campaigns for B2B in EMEA, SaaS a plus
- Experience with marketing automation tools, Eloqua a plus
- Bachelor's Degree
