**Descripción del puesto**: **Junior CSO Supply Planner** 6 months fix contract **Cross Division (Luxury, Consumer), Granollers Planning Hub** **ROLE AND DEPARTMENT** Granollers Planning HUB is recruiting a CSO (Customer Service Orders availability) Junior Planner, reporting to the PIPO-CSO Manager (PIPO = Phase-In & Phase-Out). **THE ROLE** In this role you will be responsible for: - Handle DC customer order cycle: analysis of daily sales orders, stock availability in order to define the key actions to protect service - Quota management - Execute item substitution at customer order level - Phase In Phase Out analysis - Execute process of delivery creation - Analyze daily service cut cases and share with the relevant market - Communicate and support Business Units needs - Execute reports for those processes **WHAT YOU'LL BRING** - Graduate in Higher Education studies (Logistics, Supply Chain, Engineering, Management being preferrable) - Fluent in English (our working business language) - Motivated and with a "can do" attitude - Has analytical skills, usage of Excel - Feels Accountable and owner - Having some basics in SAP is a plus **WHAT WE OFFER** This is unique role to join Coty Granollers Planning Hub where there are 120 people with planning expertise.
