**Material Supply Planner Intern**

**ROLE AND DEPARTMENT**

The Material Supply Planner (MSP) team are key stakeholders in the relationship with our suppliers.

The roles also offer support and some leadership for material supply chain optimization projects, material changes, supplier capability, and defect reduction. Close collaboration with Procurement and Material Supply Management is essential.

**THE ROLE**

In this role you will be responsible for:

- Ensure all materials needed to accomplish the production plan are available at our factories on time, in full to meet production dates, keeping the cost and stock level as per Operating Strategies and Suppliers Agreements.
- Review and manage exception messages via MRP with suppliers.
- Ensure new SAP/E2Open master data is created on a timely manner as well as is accurate and reflecting the planning strategy.
- Ensure risk on components is proactively identified, reviewed and mitigation plan in place with suppliers in a timely manner.
- Execute material inventory policies and ensure right level of stock in both Coty factories and suppliers.
- Ensure Proper escalation of Supply risk to MSP Manager and Procurement Team.
- Owning specific MSP processes.
- Driving process improvement and support the team in day-to-day business.

**WHAT YOU'LL BRING**
- Ongoing Engineering or Business Administration studies during the whole duration of the internship (at least 6 months)
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft tools (Excel mandatory)
- English fluency (Written and spoken mandatory)
