As a Coty Demand Planner, you will be part of new planning hub in heart of Barcelona. You have a unique opportunity to be part a breakthrough implementation of a new advanced Demand Planning tool and best in class Demand Planning process.
RESPONSIBILITIES
As our Demand Planner, you are responsible for managing overall forecasting activities (units and value) for your portfolio within the demand system. You ensure all data inputs are correctly captured to build a reasonable demand forecast, to maintain the health of the forecast metrics and work continuously on process and planning improvement opportunities with the team.
**Your main focus**: Ensure data drivers are flowing to the models correctly to build the forecast. Follows up with relevant owners where there are gaps. Run segmentation analysis for the portfolio. Monitor Forecasting Performance and review with Data Scientist to improve models for better performance. Collaborate on the Initiative Mgt process to build best knowledge into the forecast including Giftsets, Limited Editions and Non-Saleable volumes. Monitors incremental volumes request status to ensure being closed timely and flowing to forecast correctly. Manage Weekly Demand Control process. Monitor Forecasting Performance and review with Data Scientist to improve models for better performance. Attends the weekly BU Hub Connect to review demand changes / performance / new information.
You will work closely together with several departments such as Business Unit Demand, Category Supply Planning and Data Scientists.

**Other than that, you**: Have at least 3 years Demand Planning experience Are experienced in at least one demand planning system, with advance knowledge of excel/analytical tools Have experience of Demand Planning with Machine Learning/AI a benefit You like to develop capability in others, through training and supporting peers Master the English language on a near native level
