The Planning Hub is dedicated to Luxury and Consumer Beauty products, overseeing all elements of the E2E supply cycle - from materials sourcing, their production to finished goods, and finally their distribution to the customers worldwide.
The Hub is co-located with the Granollers Factory, a flagship production site in the global supply network of COTY.
Our responsibilities cover most of the Supply Chain functions, such as: material supply, production planning, distribution planning, Master Data management, inventory management and project management of new product launches or changes.

MISSION AND RESPONSABILITIES
Lead the Risk management process for your portfolio
review of the risk versus demand with the markets in your portfolio
Weekly and analysis and execution of the deployment from DC (distribution center) to DC: deliver the volume at the right time and quantity
Determine deployment priorities between DCs when constrained
Provide direction setting for risk mitigation and priorities to production planners
Own Service root cause analysis for her/his portfolio
Participate in decision making and movement of Non-Performing Inventory within the DRP Network
**Single point of contact for the markets within the portfolio**: review of Risk to consider n their S&OP, recovery date, mitigation plan, assess demand increase, etc
Responsible of the update and audit of JDA Masterdata and demand flow to ensure balance between Service, cash and cost
Interface with production planners, Global demand, Life cycle management, Market local planner, transportation, distribution centers.
Driving the Distribution planning process enhancement. In a context of business integration of 2 new brands (Kylie Jenner and Kim) and expansion of DTC business you will be a key asset to support the capability ramp-up of the value stream.

THE IDEAL FIT
Graduates of Higher Education studies (Logistics, Supply Chain, Engineering, Management being preferable)
3 years of experience in supply chain either material planning, production planning, or deployment planning
- Fluent in English (this is our working business language) is a must
- Very strong in communication skills and teamwork

Can demonstrate solid ownership, autonomy, and excellent analytical skills
Able to deploy end to end processes and provide coaching / training to others
Having some basics on JDA/ manugistic or SAP is a plus
Able to deploy end to end processes and provide coaching / training to others
Are interested in learning and developing their long-term career within the Supply Chain field
