Global Demand Senior Planner

MISSION AND RESPONSIBILITIES
We are currently looking for Junior Planner to join the Global Planning HUB in Granollers (Barcelona). The Planning Hub is dedicated to Luxury and Consumer Beauty products, overseeing all elements of the E2E supply cycle - from materials sourcing, their production to finished goods, and finally their distribution to the customers worldwide.
The Hub is co-located with the Granollers Factory, a flagship production site in the global supply network of COTY.
Our responsibilities cover most of the Supply Chain functions, such as: material supply, production planning, distribution planning, Master Data management, inventory management and project management of new product launches or changes.
THE ROLE
This position supports the Global Supply Chain Planning Team with an opportunity to collaborate alongside supply chain professionals to make a direct contribution to business results.
As a Junior Planner You Will

Have a unique opportunity to learn and be part of Supply Chain processes on a global level
Work within a fast-paced multi-functional and multi-cultural planning team
Execute with excellence the daily operations in one of our departments:
**Material planning**: in charge of delivering service and inventory for a portfolio of global suppliers
**Material Supply Management**: development of the relationship and agility projects with vendors
**Production planning**: in charge of delivering service and inventory for a selection of manufacturing lines, as well capacity levelling
**Sub-contractor planning**: in charge of delivering service and inventory for products outsourced to external manufacturers
**Distribution planning**: in charge of risk management (risk of products being out of stock); point of contact for the markets; responsible for delivering the right product quantity at the right time to the right place.
Generate and analyze supply chain data to contribute to business decisions
Identify improvement opportunities in processes and operations
Participate in various projects dedicated to products, portfolio or sourcing changes

What you will bring

Are graduates of Higher Education studies (Logistics, Supply Chain, Engineering, Management being preferable)
Have already some initial experience in Supply Chain
Are fluent in English (this is our working business language)
Possess good Excel skills (large database management and basic formulas)
Have some basic command of SAP (preferable)
Are proactive, curious, and committed to deliver results
Operate with discipline, outperform under pressure, and are organized
Are very strong in communication skills and teamwork
Can demonstrate solid ownership, autonomy, and excellent analytical skills
Are interested in learning and developing their long-term career within the Supply Chain field
