**Job Description**:
The Material Supply Management (MSM) team are key stakeholders in the relationship with our suppliers. MSM owns supply assurance and supplier capability, ensuring that there is a long-term capacity plan in place that meets the Operating Strategy needs for the global Cosmetics supply chain.
The roles also offer support and some leadership for material supply chain optimization projects, material changes, supplier capability, and defect reduction. Close collaboration with Procurement and Material Supply Planners is essential.
Create and maintain Service Level Agreements (SLA) with suppliers, coordinating input from Procurement, Planning, and Manufacturing. Ensure there is in place a Business Contingency Plan (BCP) for key materials/suppliers. Responsible for material service measure. Maintain long-term RCCP visibility with all key suppliers, ensuring that global needs are considered where there are shared resources for Coty brands. Materials availability in supply changes (New products, Phase in - Phase out). Communicate and escalate supply issues linked to supplier capability or capacity. Identify and propose improvement programs for suppliers based on gap analysis of suppliers key metrics. This includes Supply Network Design improvements in measures such as lead time and Best Value Minimum Order Quantities (MOQ). Scorecard reviews with key suppliers on a regular basis to facilitate above points and relationship with suppliers.
