ROLE AND DEPARTMENT

Granollers Planning HUB is recruiting a CSO (Customer Service Orders availability) Junior Planner. She/ he will be reporting to the PIPO-CSO Manager (PIPO = Phase-In & Phase-Out).

THE ROLE

**In this role you will be responsible for**:

- Handle Barcelona customer order cycle: analysis of daily sales orders, stock availability in order to define the key actions to protect service
- Quota management
- Execute item substitution at customer order level
- Phase In Phase Out analysis
- Execute process of delivery creation
- Analyze daily service cut cases and share with the relevant market
- Communicate and support Business Units needs
- Execute reports for those processes

WHAT YOU’LL BRING
- Graduate in Higher Education studies (Logistics, Supply Chain, Engineering, Management being preferrable)
- Fluent in English (our working business language)
- Motivated and with a “can do” attitude
- Has analytical skills, usage of Excel
- Feels Accountable and owner
- Having some basics in SAP is a plus
