As **Product Manager**, you'll be leading the **charge in creating a clear and organized product roadmap** that aligns with our company's goals and strategy.
You'll be **responsible for articulating the short and long-term vision, evangelizing ideas and new features with cross-functional teams, and developing compelling, clear product and feature hypotheses**. You'll work closely with our **product designers to create prototypes and bring your vision to life** with a world class engineering team.
You'll be the go-to for communication about **prioritization decisions, trade-offs, and rationale**, and you'll **set and track product growth KPIs** using **data visualization tools like Heap and GA**. You'll develop and enforce product management workflows using tools like **Asana, Jira, Figma, and Miro**, and you'll **test and iterate** using qualitative and quantitative feedback.
To succeed in this role, you'll need to be **tech-savvy** enough to work with engineering to **understand how our data is modeled and flows through our systems**, while still being comfortable leaving technical decisions to the experts. You'll need to be able to **nurture and manage product initiatives from ideation and prototyping** through to clear product **specifications and dev prioritization**, and you'll **need to demonstrate a deep understanding of user interactions, critical workflows, and the 'jobs to be done' by end-users**.
