Vodafone Group is launching its new technological HUB (MSH), an international center of excellence dedicated to research and development of technical solutions, such as Secure Networks, 5G and 6G development, Open RAN, IoT, MPN & MEC and UCC for Vodafone Business, platforms and enterprise Solutions.
This **Contact Center Product Manager** role is accountable for developing and managing the CCaaS product in our Unified Communications portfolio. With following responsibilities:
- Create product roadmaps for the product portfolio and ensure optimized by the group Platform & Technology team in order to reflect the portfolio strategy as outlined by the Product Vision and Strategy.
- Monitoring of the roadmap delivery is used effectively to identify commercial risk, delivery, and drive mitigation plans.
- Product roadmaps are defined to meet specific customer, commercial and strategic objectives to expand Vodafone’s leadership position and market share.
- Make sure that customer outcomes and product features are defined by taking into account the entire product lifecycle, including sales, delivery, operations, service, billing, capacity and performance.
- Decisions are made and executed quickly to address challenges and opportunities throughout the product lifecycle, effectively prioritizing multiple demands from changing market conditions, sales, delivery, operations and managing feature changes as necessary.
- Drives an effective market engagement process to enable input into the group product roadmap - with the objective to reflect demands, reduce costs and maximize investment across markets.
- Revenue, profit, customer satisfaction and performance targets are delivered across all segments for the relevant Product line.
- Broader Product requirements are effectively managed, working with relevant teams where necessary on propositions & go-to-market, legal, regulatory & risk, security & data privacy compliance, product documentation, marketing assets and sales enablement.
**Must have for this position**:
- Project management experience over 10 years.
- Products contact center management experience, how to run, manage and develop.
- Solution architect and cloud previous experience.
- Understanding API based cloud softwares.
