Head of It

\*\*Hi At Factorial, we're looking for a \*\*Head of IT to take our \*\*IT team and all the challenges they face to the next level.
\*\*The Role
At Factorial, we are looking for an experienced \*\*Head of IT to lead and grow our IT team as we keep growing. This person will be responsible for ensuring our internal IT setup is stable, secure, scalable, and compliant with both business requirements and compliance requirements. You’ll lead two core teams: \*\*IT Support and Sysadmins to deliver top-tier IT services to over 1100 employees globally, ensuring seamless experiences in both remote and office people. You will also collaborate closely with HR, Finance, and other stakeholders to drive process automation and empower teams across the business with the right tools and systems.
**\*\*As a Factorial Head of IT, you will**:

- Lead and manage the IT team, including Sysadmins and IT Support.
- Oversee the administration and automation of identities and access across more than \*\*250 internal platforms using our IDPs.
- Ensure secure and compliant device management through MDMs such as \*\*Jamf and \*\*Google MDM.
- Keep complete control of access and inventory to continue renewing our \*\*security certifications.
- Manage statistics and analyse results from the \*\*Jira Service Management ticketing system for internal events, support tickets, and platform access control.
- \*\*Onboarding and \*\*Offboarding responsible for all IT equipment and access.
- Operate \*\*office networks and global connectivity, allowing normal day-to-day activities.
- Oversee vendor management, contract negotiation, renewals of licenses, and IT procurement (laptops, screens, headsets, racks, etc....).
- Keep up to date our internal \*\*access matrix for software auditing and control.
- Lead IT-related \*\*platform migrations and strategic platform choices.
- Work with Finance and People organizations to find opportunities for automation, build internal tools, and deliver enablement sessions.
- Deliver \*\*core management duties: 1:1s, performance reviews, hiring, budget ownership, and people development.

\*\*What We’re Looking For
**You’re likely a great fit if you**:

- Have significant experience \*\*managing IT departments and leading cross-functional technical teams.
- Are deeply familiar with enterprise-grade IDPs (e.g. \*\*Google Workspace, \*\*Okta), device management (\*\*Jamf, \*\*Google MDM), and \*\*zero trust access models.
- Have a strong understanding of compliance standards (ISO 27001, SOC 2) and how to operationalize them.
- Know how to \*\*manage IT operations at scale — including onboarding, inventory, support systems, and networks — in fast-growing, distributed environments.
- Are experienced in vendor and contract negotiations, renewals, and license control.
- Enjoy building bridges between IT and other departments, and finding ways to \*\*automate, \*\*simplify, and \*\*improve processes.
- Have proven \*\*management skills: performance reviews, team development, and budget management are second nature to you.
- \*\*Speak fluent English (additional languages such as Spanish are highly valued).
- You have 3+ years of experience leading teams.

**\*\*Bonus Points if You**:

- Have worked in a fast-paced SaaS environment or supported hypergrowth teams.
- Are familiar with automation tools (e.g., \*\*Zapier, \*\*scripting, \*\*APIs) to streamline IT operations.
- Have implemented \*\*access governance models from scratch.
- Have supported multi-office global environments with complex networking and compliance needs.
- Are \*\*passionate about building a proactive, service-driven IT culture.

\*\*Compensation
\*\*The salary range for this position is between 50.000€ and 70.000€. We won't consider how many years of experience you have but your knowledge and skills.\*\*We care about people, and we also offer employee benefits. You can check them in the end.
