You will work globally **collaborating** with product leads and managers of customer success, sales, marketing and country managers. **Job Description**: **What does the role of a Head of Research do at DocPlanner?** - Create the** global research strategy** working closely with VP of product - ** Work closely with top managers and leaders **to map the potential areas for further research - Provide **strategic insights** for all the business areas and top executive leadership to** influence strategy and product development** (CPO, CEO level) - Have the **full scope of the user knowledge **related with all our business areas (patient, clinic, individuals) and **ensure those are incorporated to product teams** and other departments in the company - Develop and manage the team size** > 15 researchers** **& managers** in our >400 people product area. - Prioritize research projects by having in mind the **bigger picture** to impact on the business and product strategy - Think broadly about potential directions for the set of markets we operate on to **continuously iterate research strategy.** **Qualifications**: **What skills and experiences do we want you to have?** - You have an strategic mindset - You are focused on business impact and actionable insights - You have** > 4y experience **as head of research with an **international**, remote **researchers team of >15 people** and brought it to outstanding levels of quality and impact. - You had past experience as an excellent skilled researcher (user research, data science, market research etc.) - You have collaborated across the company with other teams like Marketing, Sales, Customer Support or CX - You are highly rational and base your decisions on data - You are the excellent storyteller Additional Information You will get in return: - A competitive salary adequate to your experience and skills.
