To get there, we’re hiring a Head of Design to elevate design into a strategic pillar of the company.The Head of Design will lead and scale a multidisciplinary team of 5 Product Designers, 1 UX Researcher, and 1 Content Designer . You will co-own brand and marketing design with the CMO, and be a key stakeholder in shaping product strategy with the CPO. This role is about much more than visual polish: you will make design a lever for product differentiation, customer adoption, and market leadership .
