Hi there We are Semrush, a global IT company developing our own product - a platform for digital marketers. **Tasks in the role**: - Define a product vision and strategy for the business unit to drive the financial success of Semrush’s overall goals. Be fully responsible for product metrics and business metrics, such as MRR growth, project profitability, and stable revenue growth., etc. - Develop budget, forecast, and unit economics. - Define competitive positioning, value propositions, and pricing for each part of your product offer. - Take a key role in growing and diversifying Semrush’s core product offer. - Manage and grow leader team, including Head of Marketing, Head of Design, Head of Engineering and Head of Product. - Work with business stakeholders to ensure high-level alignment between business unit strategy & Semrush’s global goals. - Ensure transparency of the business unit’s efforts across the company and build collaboration between the Global Marketing Department, Analytics Department, Sales department, etc. - Stay up to date and proactively seek insights from market trends and competitive landscape to drive decisions. - Keep an eye on potential partnerships and M&A to grow the business unit. **Who we are looking for**: We think that these types of experience and competencies will help our future colleague to join the team. - 3+ years of experience leading multiple new software products and services with cross-functional teams. - Excellent analytical skills with the ability to understand economic drivers, P&L, and metrics. - Ability to formulate business strategy and goals. Be able to translate it into plans and communicate with the team and stakeholders about it. - Strong understanding of product development processes. - Strong project management skills, strategic thinker approach, and a data-driven decision-maker. - The ability to drive lead teams to execute a defined vision consistently, rapidly, and effectively. - Experience in building communication with the sales department, partners, and other divisions. - You have proven traction in building revenue for SaaS businesses and successful experience in managing business growth and go-to-market initiatives. **A bit about the team**: You can get to know the team better at one of the interviews, but some brief information about future colleagues will be helpful now. The Market Research unit is on a mission to help our customers to spot opportunities for growth using the most comprehensive and reliable market data. Our main and most known product offering is "**Semrush.Trends"** which consists of: - Traffic Analytics tool - competitors' website traffic analysis - Market Explorer tool - markets' traffic analysis - EyeOn tool - competitors' online movement tracking. The leadership team includes the Head of Marketing, Head of Design, Head of Engineering, Head of Product and HRBP. There are 6 teams in the Unit including 4 product teams. Also, you will have access to all global teams (the global marketing team, sales team, analytics team, etc.). **We will try to create all the right conditions for you to work and rest comfortably**: - It’s up to you to decide what work format works best for you.
