Grow your career as an Executive Vice President within AMResorts, one of our 14 leading brands. In this role you will oversee all business operations to ensure strategic goals are met by effectively managing plans, budgets, teams, operational processes, and quality standards. Ultimately, this position will be responsible for the geography’s organizational effectiveness and results.
**A successful Executive Vice President will**:
- Develop strategic and comprehensive business plans for optimized productivity.
- Oversee the geography’s financial performance (P&L).
- Create, implement, and maintain budgetary and resource allocation plans.
- Lead daily business operations and manage main KPIs, such as:
- Customer Satisfaction
- Team member’s engagement ratios
- Engineering Xray
- Others
- Communicate and maintain trust relationships with key stakeholders. This includes hotel owners, AMR Corporate Directors, ALG and Hyatt colleagues, unions, etc.
- Participate in expansion activities (new hotels, investments, corporate alliances etc.).
- Delegate responsibilities and supervise the work of hotels’ Executive & Operational Committees and Regional VPs Operations, providing guidance and motivation to drive maximum performance. Coordinate actions with support areas
- Recruit, train and evaluate employees in order to build high-performance teams.
- Ensure company policies and legal guidelines are communicated from the top down in the company and that they are followed at all times.
- Assess and implement improved processes and new technologies.
- Uphold standards of excellence and soaring quality
**A successful Executive Vice President will have**:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management, Hotel Management, or related field.
- MBA or similar will be preferred
- +10 years of proven experience in an executive position.
