Executive Vice President

The Executive Vice President is a core member of the company's senior management team, reporting directly to the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) or the Board of Directors. They comprehensively assist the CEO in implementing the company's strategy and managing daily operations.
This role plays a crucial role in strategy formulation, business execution, organizational management, and cross-departmental collaboration, ensuring the efficient operation of all company businesses and the continuous achievement of business objectives.
II. Core Responsibilities
- Strategy Execution and Business Management
Assist the CEO in formulating and promoting the company's medium- and long-term strategic plans and annual business objectives;
Decompose the company's strategy into actionable business plans and key actions;
Supervise and promote the implementation of strategies across business segments to ensure the achievement of business objectives;
Be responsible for the overall operating performance of the company and drive sustained revenue growth.
- Business and Operational Coordination
Overall coordinate the company's core business segments and operating system;
Coordinate resource allocation and collaboration among various business units and functional departments;
Optimize business processes and operating models to improve organizational efficiency and execution;
Handle major cross-departmental matters and complex operational issues.
- Organizational Management and Team Leadership
Assist the CEO in building the senior management team and core management team;
Guide and evaluate the performance of subordinate senior executives and department heads;
Drive organizational structure optimization, talent pipeline development, and leadership development;
Establish a results- and value-creating-oriented management culture.
- Performance Management and Goal Achievement
Establish and monitor the implementation of the company's KPI/OKR system;
Regularly review business and operational data, identify problems, and drive improvements;
Participate in budget management, cost control, and resource efficiency improvement;
Report operational progress and key risks to the CEO and the Board of Directors.
- Major Projects and Key Decision Support
Lead or participate in major company projects, key clients, and strategic partnerships;
Provide decision support for important investments, mergers and acquisitions, restructuring, and business expansion;
Coordinate internal resources to ensure the smooth progress and delivery of major projects;
Represent the company in making business decisions or speaking out externally at critical moments.
- Risk Control and Compliance Management
Supervise the company's operational, financial, and compliance risk management;
Ensure the company's operations comply with relevant laws, regulations, and internal control requirements;
Establish a risk early warning and emergency management mechanism to ensure the company's stable operation.
- External Relations and Company Image
Represent the company in maintaining high-level communication with government agencies, strategic clients, and partners;
Participate in capital markets, industry organizations, and important business activities;
Enhance the company's brand image and industry influence;
Perform external management and communication responsibilities under the CEO's authorization.
III. Qualifications
Education Background
Bachelor's degree or above in management, economics, finance, engineering, or a related field;
MBA, EMBA, or senior management training background preferred.
Work Experience
Over 20 years of experience in corporate management or business operations;
Over 10 years of experience in a vice president-level or equivalent senior management position;
Experience in managing multiple business segments or large organizations;
Experience in group-level, cross-regional, or international management is preferred.
Professional Competencies

Capable of analyzing complex problems and solving them systematically;
