**PAGONXT MERCHANT SOLUTIONS (PNMS) is looking for a Product Insights Lead to join the Global Design Team, within the Value Proposition Team, based in Boadilla del Monte.**

PagoNxt has the aim to consolidate payment businesses around the world through a differential value proposal in a business with great potential, creating the conditions and synergies to compete globally with the major international players in the sector.

Based on the unique value proposition and brand value of Getnet in Brazil, PagoNxt Merchant Solutions will be expanding the acquiring franchise to additional markets. Nowadays, Getnet is the third largest acquirer in Latam (Argentina, Mexico, Chile, Brazil and Uruguay) and we already operate across all European markets.

To achieve this goal, we are building a cloud based acquiring architecture in which products are built based on microservices and deployed at all markets simultaneously, shortening time to market and improving value for customers. In order to define and build this products, services catalogue and customer journeys, we aim to attract best possible talent.

**WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING**

We are looking for a passionate and experienced **Product Insights Lead **to join the growing PagoNxt Merchants Global Design team. You will be leading the Insights team and focused on transforming the way we conceptualize new products and improve the existing ones.

**Your Responsibilities**
- Integrating research and experimentation activities into product roadmap and business planning
- Identifying and prioritising business and user needs with the highest impact
- Articulating product vision and strategy that align with expected business outcomes
- Monitoring user behaviour and impact through metrics tracking
- Empowering others to include user research and discovery in their daily practice and helping teams adopt best-in-class practices in user research and discovery that fit with their company culture
- Creating alignment and commitment by sharing user knowledge and communicating with the broader team
- Embodying Product culture and discovery values to guide teams towards better product decisioning and higher impact
- Independently plan & lead design workshops to uncover opportunities that increase the value provided to users and organization

**WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR**

EXPERIENCE
- 8+ years of relevant experience (although you might have had a different job title, like “Service Designer”, “Researcher”, “Product Designer”)
- Confident presentation and storytelling abilities
- Experience collaborating in multifunctional teams
- Proficiency with contemporary design and prototyping tools and methods

SKILLS & KNOWLEDGE

Required:

- Clear, concise communication skills, both visual, verbal and written
- High level of Spanish and English are a must (Portuguese is a plus)
