We just want you to bring good vibes, commitment to society and share our values, we don't care where you come from or where you go. **What are we looking for?** We are looking to incorporate for the position a **Retail & Commercial Project Management Lead **for **coordinating the workstreams implementation of Global Products, both digital and assisted channels, across geographies (availability to travel).** **What we expect from you**: Required qualifications - **15+ years of experience **in program technology leadership for banking sector, leading, and monitoring the end-to-end life cycle (from definition to implementation).** - Experience in the implementation of new technology and operating models through Continuous Improvement. - Ability to establish strategic alliances to facilitate the needs of other areas. - Experience in **Agile program management **supporting preparation and conduction of Solution PI Planning, Inspect & Adapt, Annual Roadmaps - **Understand bank’s requirements **and customers’ needs to combine strategic thinking with short term delivery of value. - Advanced English level.
