Oppizi is the first major multi-channel player in offline performance-marketing. We’ve built a technology that enables tracking, scaling, and optimization of flyering campaigns. We offer 3 channels, Hand-to-hand (in people’s hands), Door-to-Door (in people’s mailboxes), and Direct Mail (in people’s mailboxes via national post service). We operate in 10+ countries, the main ones being Australia, New Zealand, France, the UK, the US, and Canada. **Job description**
We’re looking for a Demand Generation & Performance Marketing Manager to take Oppizi’s growth to the next level. This role owns all performance marketing efforts, driving both client and brand ambassador acquisition. You’ll lead creative, data-driven campaigns across digital and offline channels, explore new opportunities to reach our audience, and design the connection between our brand and the people who matter most.

**Requirements**:
**Responsibilities**
- Own and execute all **performance marketing initiatives** to generate qualified leads and ambassadors.
- Plan, launch, and optimize **ABM campaigns** for high-value target accounts.
- Manage, grow and explore paid media channels (**LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads, retargeting, programmatic, and emerging platforms**).
- Explore and evaluate **new paid media channels** and creative ways to reach our audience (e.g., podcast sponsorships, niche blogs, partner banners, influencer campaigns).
- Lead **partner collaborations**: negotiate and manage paid appearances, co-marketing initiatives, and banner placements on partner websites.
- Analyze campaign performance, build actionable reports, and optimize based on data.
- Collaborate with content, design, and sales teams to ensure cohesive messaging and seamless customer journeys.
- Develop prospecting and retargeting campaigns to engage our target audience and drive traffic to our website.
**Must-have Requirements**
- **5+ years** of experience in demand generation and performance marketing in B2B SaaS or tech companies.
- **Proven track record of driving pipeline and revenue growth** through performance marketing, ABM, and multi-channel campaigns in B2B SaaS or tech environments.
- Hands-on experience managing **LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads, retargeting, and programmatic campaigns.**:
- Strong understanding of **full-funnel demand generation**, from awareness to conversion to pipeline acceleration.
- Experience with **partner collaborations** (negotiating sponsorships, managing paid placements, co-marketing initiatives).
- Excellent analytical skills: ability to build reports, interpret data, and make data-driven decisions.
- Familiarity with **CRM** and marketing automation platforms (**HubSpot** preferred).
**Nice to have Requirements**
- Experience in the** US market** or scaling B2B marketing efforts for a new geography.
- Experience building and executing **ABM programs.**:
- Familiarity with **podcast sponsorships, influencer/ambassador programs, and partner collaborations** for brand amplification.
