Demand Generation Analyst (Temporary Contract)Join to apply for the Demand Generation Analyst (Temporary Contract) role at SAP .Role SummaryThe Demand Generation Insights Analyst turns complex data into clear, actionable insights that fuel our demand‑generation and pipeline‑growth strategy.Key ResponsibilitiesData, Insights & ReportingBuild, optimize, and maintain advanced dashboards (Power BI, Excel) covering pipeline health, source contribution, and campaign outcomes.Analyze pipeline maturity and quality trends, providing leadership with concise, actionable recommendations.Monitor performance KPIs and raise risks or opportunities early, ensuring smooth execution across the demand engine.Automate and streamline recurring reporting using Power BI, and Excel programming (advanced formulas, macros, data modeling).Collaboration & Business PartnershipWork closely with Digital Campaign Managers, SDE Managers, Sales Operations to support tactical and strategic initiatives.Contribute to cross‑functional projects that improve transparency, consistency, and measurement of our marketing and sales activities.Operational ExcellenceIdentify process inefficiencies and proactively propose improvements across reporting, tools, and workflows.Drive standardization and best practices for data usage within the demand generation ecosystem.Support continuous enhancement of the data and tool landscape, ensuring alignment with business needs.Preferred Experience & SkillsTechnical ExpertiseExpert‑level Excel skills, including:Advanced formulas & functionsPower Query/DAXData modelingVBA/macro automation (or equivalent automation experience)Complex dataset manipulationStrong Power BI experience, including:Dashboard design and optimizationData modelingBuilding automated and scalable reporting solutionsKnowledge of SAP systems, Modelyzr, Crystal Records, D&B Hoovers, ZoomInfo, SAC, Outreach, Salescreen or similar platforms (nice to have).Business Acumen & MindsetStrong analytical thinking with the ability to simplify complex topics.Proactive, autonomous, and comfortable advising managers based on data‑driven insights.Curious, growth‑oriented, and eager to challenge processes to drive operational excellence.Excellent communicator who adapts insights to different audiences.Collaborative and comfortable working across digital, sales, and operations teams.Other RequirementsBased in Barcelona, Spain (mandatory)Fluent in English; additional EMEA languages are a plusUniversity degree in Business, Data, Digital Transformation, IT, or related disciplines not older than 2 years.
