**Job Description**:
We are looking for a strategic, results-oriented **Demand Generation Manager **to join our Global Marketing team. In this role you will be responsible for the strategy and execution of marketing programs that capture and nurture leads across multiple channels.

Working closely with sales departments you will also set the strategy to develop and cultivate long-term customer relationships and discover new market opportunities:
**Responsibilities**:

- Build and execute marketing strategy with clear focus on pipeline generation, budget optimization and integration into global programs and activities
- Develop customer loyalty programs to re-engage with existing customers
- Promote new product & service features
- Discover new marketing opportunities by performing market analysis
Analyzing and measuring the effectiveness of existing campaigns
- Contribute to the content development for target consumers
- Translating performance of demand generation campaigns to leadership
- Development of new strategies to increase touchpoints within a customer’s journey in order to optimize conversion rates
- Prepare and monitor the marketing budget on an annual basis and allocate funds wisely
- Work in close alignment with sales leaders to consolidate and filter field requirements, identify key targets and build out the contact database.

**Qualifications**:

- +4 years experience in B2B lead generation and customer acquisition marketing for a B2B SaaS or technology business
- High level of proficiency with managing and interpreting campaign data - budgeting, reporting, analysis, troubleshooting, optimization
- You are a self starter and work well under pressure in a high growth environment that is constantly changing.
- You have an expert understanding of demand generation and a track record of owning campaigns and driving pipeline growth.
- You’ll demonstrate excellent communication skills including data crunching and storytelling.
- You are analytically inclined, with exceptional project management skills and rigorous attention to detail.
