With more than 14,000 employees across more than 30 countries, we develop, manufacture, and distribute products and solutions for the safeguarding of payment processes, identities, connectivity, and data. **G+D Mobile Security**, the world leader in secure telecommunications systems via SIM / eSIM, is looking for a **R&D and Project Controller** (M/F/d) for its Finance Department in Barcelona. As an **R&D and Project Controller**, your main **mission** will be to ensure the efficient management and control of research and development (R&D) projects, ensuring that objectives are met in terms of costs, timelines, and scope.**Your role** will be to provide visibility into project performance, support project managers with planning and tracking activities, and optimize financial and operational control processes within the R&D units.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Oversee and manage international R&D projects, ensuring adherence to budgets, timelines, and scope.
- Perform functional controlling for dedicated R&D units, including cost centers, headcount, and capital expenditures (CapEx).
- Generate and deliver comprehensive reports for R&D departments and senior management.
- Provide support to project managers and teams on project planning, progress reporting, and time tracking.
- Act as the primary interface with the IT department regarding SAP master data management.
- Contribute to the enhancement of existing controlling tools and the introduction of new methods and systems to improve efficiency and effectiveness.

**Qualifications**:

- Academic degree in Business Administration, Economics, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- Several years of professional experience in an internationally operating company, ideally within project controlling, with a focus on R&D.
- Solid experience with project controlling procedures, tools, and best practices.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a team setting.
- Proficient in English, with German language skills considered a plus.
