R&d Project Manager

**R&D Project Manager - Coruña**:
For our Retail Division, based in La Coruña, we are looking for an R&D Project Manager to be an active part of our New RFID Innovation Center.

**What you will do**

Reporting to the R&D Manager, the R&D Project Manager will oversee the management of RFID Tag R&D projects according to the innovation process.

**How you will do it**

Management of RFID tag product development projects
- Planning and coordinating test runs (internally and with suppliers) and qualification tests, and reporting of the results
- Release of robustly developed products and processes into operations

Project management of other development projects and subprojects

Support for technical topics related to tag products internally and externally

Support for customer and supplier claim handling

Participate in creating and evaluating innovations and IPR

Location: A Coruña.

Hybrid role (3 days per week in the office)

**What we are looking for**

Technical education (min. BSc) from suitable field (for example electronics, materials engineering)

Understanding on process/product development process

Minimum 5 years in R&D or Product Development

Project Management experience

RFID knowhow

Communications skills

English language command

Team skills

Beneficial special skills:

- Logical problem-solver
- IT skills
- Sourcing, logistics knowhow
- Manufacturing knowhow
