Join us at Bayer to have a career that you can put your passion into practice and make an impact using Science for a better life. **For our Regional Accounting HUB EMEA, we are looking for**: A Team Leader Regional Accounting Hub EMEA who is responsible for the Product Accounting and Inventory Valuation, Value Flow Management and Service Accounting of the EMEA region totaling 6.8 Bn€ de sales in three different markets (Pharmaceuticals, Consumer Health and Agriculture). **You will be responsible for**: Reporting of P&L and Balance Sheet data that serves as the basis for business decision of our Pharma, Consumer Health and Crop Science business. Deliver compliant financial statements in group (IRFS) and local reports on a "fit for purpose" base and certified by external and internal auditors. Drive improvements - aligned with the overall strategy - through digitalization and by leveraging Data Analytics. Successfully run the country transitions into our Regional Hub by set-up, reinforce, and ensure stable and efficient operations. Leading the team by setting up, communicating, and living the team purpose, while developing the people ensuring upskilling, inclusion and diversity. **Who you are**: BA/BS degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business with 7+ years of experience, or an MBA/MS with 5+ years of experience Strong Leadership skills and professional standing Customer oriented mind-set, change management capabilities Strong accounting judgement and advanced IRFS knowledge Business knowledge or ability to quickly learn Experience in Product Cost Accounting / Inventory Valuation as well as in cost accounting / controlling Exceptional analytical, interpersonal, communications, and presentation skills Ownership and proactivity in getting things done **In the exchange we will offer you**: A flexible hybrid work model with option to work within UE and 2 weeks/year outside UE.
