Finance Coordinator FP&A EMEA – BarcelonaMattel EMEA is looking for a regional Finance Coordinator based in Barcelona to join the EMEA Regional FP&A Team.What Your Impact Will BeIn this role you will be primarily involved in advertising spend budget and admin management, and overhead spend analysis, working closely with Marketing, Brand Finance and Accounting teams.Your Main ResponsibilitiesTracking and analysis of regional advertising and overhead spend.Purchase Order (PO) administration: coding spend to match the brand budget, follow up marketing on PO status.Reconciling open POs to overall brand budgets at month/qtr end for budget analysis and accruals, flag potential overspend.Support Finance team with ad‑hoc activities such as running reports, investigating variances, preparing analysis templates for general expenses.Provide information for audit requests.Cross‑functional collaboration with Finance, Marketing and Sales teams to ensure smooth operations.What We’re Looking For2–3 years of finance experience in a multinational environment.Fluent in English & Spanish.Strong MS Office knowledge, especially Excel; experience with COUPA, Oracle, HPT is a bonus.Excellent attention to detail and proactive nature.Ability to identify and address process improvements.Willingness to take responsibility and work independently.Build and maintain effective collaborative relationships with a large number of stakeholders.Positive, can‑do attitude.Benefits & Company OverviewMattel is a leading global toy and family entertainment company.
