**Key Responsibilities**:
1. HR & Recruitment: Manage recruitment processes including job posting, interview arrangements, and onboarding. Handle employee attendance, leave management, travel allowance calculation, and offboarding procedures.
2. Office Administration: Manage front desk reception, phone calls, holiday greetings, gift inventory, and office supplies.
3. Subsidiary Support: Assist with rental housing, insurance, car rental, and phone service arrangements for subsidiary staff. Support license plate registration and promotional events.
4. Other Tasks: Provide assistance in marketing activities and other business or management-related tasks as needed.
**Requirements**:
1. Bachelor’s degree or above; Proficient in English;
2. 1-3 years of relevant work experience in Spain, or a degree in Finance/Business Administration from a Spanish institution.
3. Familiarity with Spanish labor regulations.
Pay: 3,000.00€ - 4,000.00€ per month
