Desde Adecco, buscamos incorporar un/a HR Officer para trabajar en una organización pública, colaborando en proyectos de Recursos Humanos y tareas administrativas vinculadas al sector, bajo la coordinación de el/la Jefe/a de Nóminas y Prestaciones. Responsabilidades: Mantener una comunicación eficaz con el personal. Recopilar, verificar y gestionar documentación, asegurando su correcta circulación. Contactar con partes interesadas internas y externas (autoridades locales, clínicas médicos/as, etc.) y realizar seguimiento de los procesos. Realizar investigaciones y actuar como enlace con autoridades nacionales y locales en temas legislativos. Apoyar el desarrollo de contratos marco y asuntos relacionados con el personal en operaciones específicas. Brindar soporte administrativo/a al equipo y al Jefe/a de Sector, incluyendo tareas ad hoc.Requisitos Titulación universitaria completa (mínimo 3 años). Experiencia mínima de 2 años en funciones similares. Dominio avanzado de herramientas Office (Word, Excel, Outlook). Nivel alto de inglés y español. Se valorará experiencia previa en el área de Recursos Humanos. Comunicación oral y escrita Planificación y organización Atención al detalle Capacidad de análisis y resolución de problemas Trabajo en equipo Confidencialidad e integridad profesional Orientación al clienteResponsabilidades Contrato temporal inicial a través de Adecco, con posibilidad de continuidad según necesidades del proyecto. Jornada completa de lunes a viernes (40 horas semanales), con horario estable. Incorporación a una organización pública, con impacto directo en proyectos de gestión de personas y administración. Entorno profesional dinámico y colaborativo, con equipos multidisciplinares y enfoque en el desarrollo de talento. Formación inicial y acompañamiento, para facilitar tu integración y desempeño en el puesto. Oportunidad de adquirir experiencia en el sector público, trabajando en contacto con autoridades locales y nacionales. Ubicación céntrica en Madrid, bien comunicada por transporte público.
