**Hello**

At Factorial we're looking for a** Head of Sales **to help us take the company to the next level.

**The Role**
- We are looking for a Head of Sales able to structure, develop, and manage our fast growing Sales Team. You will report directly to the VP of Sales and will play an instrumental role in the future of Factorial. The position will require superior relationship-building skills, strong organizational skills, and a detailed understanding of how to discuss and market our product.
- You will act as a GM, taking on the responsibilities of sales management, recruiting and hiring to our existing team of Account Executives and working closely with the team to define our Go-to-market strategy in each market.
- It’s important that you are a self-starter, independent leader with a passion for sales coaching. You have deep knowledge of sales processes, methodology and possess a strong skill set to share that knowledge with the team you are building. A history of taking on big challenges and finding success runs in your blood. We leverage both an inbound and outbound SDR model, so experience leading this team structure is a must.
- We currently have strong teams and product market fit in these markets, with customers reaching out to us to help with their People Management needs. We have a strong tech stack to facilitate the sale, and a great marketing team delivering content. What we really need now is you to build and develop the team

**Requirements**:

- You have 7+ years of experience in sales and management, with 2-3 of those being in a role directly managing sales managers.
- Languages: English (French or German a plus) and Fluent Spanish
- Industry: Business management software to small and medium sized companies (Human Resources Tech a plus)
- Experience in sales hiring processes, with a strong network of sales reps to join your team.
- Training process: Sales methodology knowledge to achieve fast sales ramp up and revenue growth.
- Lead by example, Strong sales capabilities, Goal achiever.
- You will be based in Barcelona and available to work in our in-office environment
