La siguiente información debe ser leída atentamente por todos los candidatos.IbericaSales Directorto join the team based in Spain.Reporting to Head of Sales WLC South & Overseas, theIberica Sales Directoris in charge of sales results the RDM product portfolio in the Area. The persondefines and implements the company's business strategyin accordance with objectives of economic profitability and the general strategy determined by the Head of Sales WLC South & Overseas. He or shestrictly collaborates with the Millsto assure achieving theP&L budget results.He or she gives market and customers information to the Head of Sales and to the mills in terms of quality, service,new product development and commercial strategy.Key Responsibilities:Manage Company Sales Strategydeployment to support thelong-term Strategy of the Group, across the country.Establish service standards thatensure consistent service deliver improvementacross the Mill network. This will actively involve: Service Centre, Supply Chain, Mills and Customers.Work closely with colleagues in Supply Chain and Manufacturing to deliver the planned volumes. Manage any variations to plan with customers to maintain service quality.Develop detailed knowledge of the market, customer needs and trends. Provide insight to management colleagues on emerging trendsWork with Mills management and TCSto develop products in line with market trends and customer needs.Main ‘point of contact’ for any sales complaint, effectively manage these, together with TCS, resolve where possible and escalate where necessary. Complaint resolution and managing expectations will be key.Ensure the implementation of the Communication Strategy to support the delivery of the business goals.Work with the Head of Sales WLC South & Overseas, the Service Centre and Mills,identify improvement opportunitiesin the current processes within Sales and Account Management for the Paper Division.Responsible formanaging ‘Old stock’ to reduce levels of Working Capital, monitoring and acting on budget deviations through challenging the forecast, production allocations and overall despatches.Collaborate with the Sales organisation and the other Millsto contribute achieving the RDM Group results.Delivery of Sales budget for RDMproducts and identify actions to maintain the sales target with a continuous reforecast.In coordination with the Head of Sales WLC South & Overseas and Group Credit Manageranalyse and agree customer credit policy.Requirements:Degree Level, ideally with Business Professional Post Graduate qualification.Atleast 10 years in Business to Business selling in a managerial rolewith team managementStrong background in papermaking or packaging industry.Proficiency in English.Strong leadership skills.Place of work:Spain, with availability to travelWhat do we offer?Hybrid Working: Enjoy the flexibility of remote and in-office work to balance productivity and personal life;International Environment: Work alongside global talent in a dynamic, multicultural setting;Diverse Culture & Innovative Mindset: Join a vibrant, inclusive team that values creativity and new ideas;Commitment to Sustainability: Be part of a company dedicated to making a positive impact on the planet;Career Growth Opportunities: We invest in your future, offering clear paths for progression and internal mobility.RDM Group is an equal opportunity employer.
