As the **Head of Sales**, you will be at the forefront of our sales strategy, leading a team of dedicated sales professionals and collaborating with various stakeholders to achieve our ambitious targets.

**‍** Your area of focus**:

- ** Sales Strategy**: Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to drive revenue growth, expand market share, and meet sales targets.
- **Team Leadership**: Lead and inspire the sales team, providing guidance, coaching, and mentorship to ensure individual and collective success
- **Salesforce Implementation**: Leverage your expertise in Salesforce to lead the implementation, customisation, and optimisation of the platform to enhance sales processes and data-driven decision-making.
- **Pipeline Management**:Oversee the sales pipeline, ensuring accurate forecasting, tracking, and effective conversion of leads into opportunities.
- **Sales Analytics**: Utilise data and analytics to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement, making data-driven strategic decisions.
- **Training and Development**: Plan and execute sales training programs to enhance the team's skills, product knowledge, and sales techniques.
- **Market Insights**: Stay updated on industry trends, competitive landscape, and market dynamics to adapt strategies accordingly.

**‍** To excel in this role, you should have**:

- **Proven Leadership**: Demonstrated success in leading and motivating sales teams to achieve and exceed targets.
- **Salesforce Expertise**: Extensive experience with Salesforce implementation, customisation, reporting and dashboards.
- **Analytical Skills**: Proficiency in analysing sales data, metrics, and trends to drive informed decisions.
- **Strategic Vision**: Ability to develop and execute sales strategies that align with business goals.
- **Communication Skills**: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with clients and internal teams.
- **Experience**: A minimum of 2 years of experience in sales leadership roles, with a proven track record of success.
