**The Team**:
You will join the **Global Sales Enablement team**, a strategic business partner that empowers internal Sales Celonauts to acquire role-specific knowledge and develop the skills to drive business growth. We do that through the design and execution of innovative programs, the delivery of tailored enablement sessions, actionable data insights, and a consultative approach that fosters a growth mindset. You will report directly to the Director of Global Sales Enablement.

**The Role**:
As the Global Business Development Enablement Lead, you will support a dynamic young and international team, and have the opportunity to make a big impact to help drive:

- Pipeline generation, progression, and growth.
- Talent development within the BD function.

**The work you’ll do**:
To properly support the above goals, you will:

- Ideate, design, plan, launch, deliver, and maintain BD enablement roadmaps and programs globally to effectively ramp up new hires to productivity in their role and skill up in-seat BD Reps (BDRs), focused on how to prospect and progress pipeline, and covering product, workflow, methodology, tools, and other relevant topics.
- Be a trusted partner to the regional BD leadership and work closely with them to identify developmental needs, gather requirements, and programmatically address them.
- Identify meaningful business impact and success metrics used to track the influence of enablement’s initiative in BD’s KPIs and targets.
- Lead the development of global BD enablement content and curricula supported by SMEs and other Enablement team members. Maintain the BDR Sales Enablement repository up-to-date.
- Deliver enablement content in a variety of formats (self-serve, live, in-person, virtual, lectures, workshops, etc ) and coordinate delivery from other Subject Matter Experts, both globally and regionally.
- Support pipeline-generation campaigns and promotion efforts.
- Coach Managers and BDRs individually and as a team on business acumen, Celonis knowledge, and sales and soft skills.
- Be the main Enablement point of contact for BD Leadership and workforce.
- Lead the Global Sales Enablement Governance cadence for BD, including the analysis, assessment and prioritization of enablement proposals, quarterly enablement plans design and presentation to business leaders for sign-off or progress.
- Take a data-based approach in conjunction with the GTM Ops team and Enablement Analytics team, reviewing, measuring, and evaluating global enablement impact in order to foster a continuous improvement philosophy. This includes, but is not limited to, BDR productivity, the general sales learning experience, and innovative learning techniques and delivery methodologies.
- Stay current on the Celonis GTM strategy, product, main use cases, and value proposition to know what “good” looks like and align the enablement accordingly.
- Design and execute BD enablement plans for strategic events like Kick Off, World Tour, or Celosphere.
- Contribute to any Academy / Sales Enablement project outside of BD as needed (scope, definition, execution, content creation, delivery, etc ).

**The qualifications you need**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree a plus.
- Prior experience in Sales Enablement, BD at Celonis, or BD/ Sales at another company preferred.
- Ability to build and deliver high-quality learning content and curricula.
- Working knowledge of adult training technology and methodologies, practices, and procedures.
- Exceptional relationship management skills with top leaders to drive clear expectations, understanding, buy-in, and alignment on enablement needs, roadmap, and execution.
- Clear and frequent communicator with excellent formal and informal written and presentation skills in live, recorded, in-person, and virtual settings.
- Experience with Salesforce, Salesloft, and Linkedin Sales Navigator. Seismic (enablement platform), Zoominfo, and Lusha are a plus.
- Independent, data-driven, goal-oriented, aligned to deliver towards and exceed defined timelines and goals through disciplined execution.
- Able to collaborate with others to overcome unexpected challenges.
- Project management skills/certifications are a plus.
- Experience working in high velocity, high growth, and high-paced environments with frequently changing priorities.
- Fluent in written and spoken English. German, Spanish, French, or Italian are a plus.
