Omnichannel Enablement Regional Lead

ROLE SUMMARY
This role will be responsible for driving Channel Enablement service delivery activities within EU Cluster markets (i.e. Europe Agile & Efficient markets) that allow the business to drive quality at scale. The Channel Enablement Lead - EU Clusters role will strategically collaborate with the Channel Enablement EU-Cluster Lead, senior business leaders, Biopharma Ops Partners (BOPs), Design Owners, Architects, the Content Center, Digital, and other Regional Leads within Channel Enablement to operationalize key marketing strategies that meet the needs of HCPs and Patients ensuring adherence with Global standards, compliance, legal and business requirements, on time and on budget.
ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES
Attracts, develops, retains, and engages a high performing virtual and in-market service delivery team:
Leads the Channel Enablement service delivery team in EU cluster markets by attracting, developing and motivating a team of ~15 members; Creates, maintains and demonstrates an in-depth understanding of priorities across the service delivery team and works collaboratively with the team to allocate team resources appropriately to meet service delivery commitments; Manages the high performance of the service delivery team ensuring team members are equipped with the required capabilities to perform their assigned tasks effectively
Identifies opportunities for improving Channel Enablement service delivery within EU Cluster markets:
Streamlines and scales systems across EU Cluster markets and BUs with central support; Identifies needs for innovation or operational support; Drives alignment to the service design and Global Vertical service catalog definition, processes, enhancements and strategies; Drives transformation: standardization, optimization and automation towards higher efficiency, better service quality, and faster solution provisioning; Ensures the collection and provision of service delivery data and insights to support further service delivery optimization, to enhance effectiveness of daily service delivery operations, and to provide insight for Biopharma Ops; Ensures the usage of Biopharma Ops service delivery tools and platforms; Improves quality, consistency (One Pfizer), and compliance across BUs and EU Cluster markets; Ensures all service delivery meets agreed in place quality plans in collaboration with BQ and PX Global Compensation to meet compliance policies, guidelines and procedures
Partners with Regional Leads in Channel Enablement in defining priorities and allocating resources to drive efficient and effective HCP engagement:
Possesses a deep understanding of EU Cluster markets business landscapes and BU strategies to determine key priorities and their impact on Channel Enablement activities; Proactively engages with Biopharma Ops Partners (BOPs) and BU leads to understand and 1) ensure alignment of Biopharma Ops’ client strategies in EU Cluster markets and 2) determines optimal resource allocation and investment that enables efficient and high-quality HCP engagement; Manages his/her budget to ensure service delivery commitment and financial expectations are met; Will align, contribute to and implement the new Channel Enablement capabilities that are part of the vertical roadmap and strategy
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
BA Required; MBA or equivalent Master’s-level education preferred
10+ years of commercial experience, preferably in Channel Enablement operations and / or in EU Cluster markets
Fluency in English required
Proven multi-year track record of team leadership experience
Cross-BU and/or diversity of job experiences
Proven track record of delivering business performance
Experience working in globally matrixed teams / cross market / culture functional teams
Extensive project management experience
