**Statutory Audit Coordinator**

We are looking for an individual with project management & communications skills to join our team, as a Statutory Audit Coordinator, to ensure all the deadlines are met. The individual should have experience in financial statements & reconciliation skills.

**We will trust you to**:

- Communicate with external Auditors
- Plan and monitor annual statutory financial statements delivery
- Design, monitor and assist in the preparation of PBC schedule
- Adapt and respond to changes which make impact the deadlines
- Communicate with internal customers on the progress of the annual financial statements on table
- Personally draft complex financial statements and lead a team to ensure the drafting on the remaining financial statement

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance or Economics
- Experience in the financial statement interactions with Audit Partners and managers
- Ability to motivate various teams to prioritize the delivery of the statutory financial statements
- Strong reconciliation skills (mainly GAAP to STAT recon)
- Good MS Office skills, especially in using Excel
- SAP Knowledge is required
- Fluency in English (Written and Verbal Skills)
- Fluency in a second language will be appreciated (French & Germany)
- Good communication skills with proactive, supportive, and positive approach
- Strong Project Management skills
- Flexibility to travel in accordance with client and other job requirements
