**Main responsibilities**

The goal of the Junior Operations Coordinator in the Legal team is to ensure that the tasks owned by this team meet all the requirements and that they are high-quality before they reach the different internal and external stakeholders.

**Below is a list of key responsibilities involved in this role**:

- Supporting the daily operations related to the drafting, management and storage of contracts and other legal documents.
- Supporting the CDA management, specifically the contact with external stakeholders like customers and auditees.
- Liaising with different teams’ demands regarding contract specifications.
- Liaising with multiple external stakeholders, including customers, suppliers, and contractors.
- Managing the signatures of different types of legal documents for internal and external stakeholders.
- Supporting the creation of new company processes.
- Identifying opportunities for improving internal processes and procedures.
- A bachelor’s or professional degree is required, and having a law degree is considered a nice to have.
- English language proficiency on a business level.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Highly organised and dedicated working approach with great attention to detail.
- Strong tech-savvy skills.
