**Your Role & Your Responsibilities**
- Manage functionaly the plant manager of the electronics plants in Spain & China.
- Ensure a proper budgeting of the Electronics Plants for all major KPI’s
- Track the target achievement of all plants with regard to the most important KPIs (via weekly review meetings with all plants)
- Prepare the monthly XMO review, ensure a proper input into the XO review and follow up all necessary corrective actions
- Manage customer escalations on demand
- Continuously develop the value stream organization in the respective plants following our MAHLE production system
- Review CAPEX proposals prior the CAPEX Control Tower Meetings
- Contribute in BU4 wide taskforces such as “Inventory Management”, “Supply Chain Resilience” or others
- Lead Task Forces on plant level or across different plants for special topics on demand (inventory,
- productivity, quality)
- Visit Electronics Plants regularly to make sure, they will meet the results and take actions, if necessary
- Report within the Business Segment Mechatronics the progress
- Prepare concepts for the development of the production site in line with the Business Unit‘s production
- strategies
- Develop intercultural working relationships
- Cooperation and continuous coordination with the global XO functions (XOL, XOT, XOO)
- Manage Industrial Networks
- Develop standard for manufacturing
- Foster Design for manufacturing
- Ensuring the mainstreaming of acquired knowledge

**Your Skills & Strengths**
- Technical degree in the field of Electronics (Bachelor/Master preferred)
- At least 5 years experience in lean manufacturing
- several years (minimum 5 yrs.) experience in leading a large plant in automotive industry
- Strong leadership skills
- Experience in manufacturing and operations with significant complexity
- Very good international communication skills
- Open minded personality
- Ability to manage in different cultures
- Focused and goal-oriented working style
- Very good written and spoken English skills
- Ability and willingness to travel (30% to 50% of the time)
