**About the role: Head of Operations**

**Your responsibilities**:
You will be responsible for **leading project execution**, ensuring smooth coordination between Product team, Project Managers, Furnishing, Sales, and Finance teams.

Your mission is to make sure projects are delivered **on time, on budget, and at weVLC quality standards**.

**Examples of what you will take on**:

- **Lead and oversee all project transformations**, ensuring alignment with company standards and strategic objectives.
- **Supervise Project Managers** — assign projects, conduct 1:1s, review progress, and provide guidance to ensure efficient execution.
- **Define project prioritization** in collaboration with the leadership team, balancing workload, timelines, and business priorities.
- **Ensure project performance** — deliver projects on time, within budget, and with targeted profit margins.
- **Support problem-solving** on construction sites, addressing technical, logístical, and operational challenges as they arise.
- **Participate in contractor selection and negotiation** for key or strategic projects.
- **Coordinate with the Finance team** to monitor budgets, track cash flow, and prepare investor reports.
- **Maintain communication with key investors**, providing updates and responding to project-specific inquiries.

**Experienced Project Leader** -You have managed multiple projects with strong organizational and technical control.

**Operationally Strong** - You bring clarity, structure, and process to complex, fast-moving projects.

**Hands-On and Analytical** - You anticipate challenges, track numbers, and make data-based decisions.

**Collaborative Communicator** - You build alignment between project managers, constructors, and leadership.

**Entrepreneurial** - You thrive in a dynamic, growing environment and take ownership of outcomes.

**Bilingual (Spanish & English)** - You can manage local suppliers and communicate with international investors.

**Background in Real Estate Investment or Startup Operations** — with experience structuring and delivering several projects at the same time in a fast-growth environment.
