Managed Svcs Operations Analyst
Job Profile Summary

**Responsibilities**:
Technical Support
- Provides support on escalations for complex technical issues. Performs deep analysis over critical situations and provides root causes reports (on Equinix or with Vendors)
- Manages capacity, monitoring and define key indicators of shared infrastructures.
- Participates in design activities
Systems Support
- Researches and adopt new tools and systems, seeking to optimize the management of environments, adding new features and improving integration between systems and flows.

Documentation
- Approves documentation (can be technical & non-technical) (e.g., technical specifications and standards, deployment, HLDs, KBs, articles, reports and user manuals) and serves as content owner for standard operating procedures

System Configurations
- Configures systems in line with business goals
- Designs forward looking configurations by recognizing future needs aligned with the business roadmap
- Develops configuration standards

Deployment
- Live deployment of new multi-vendor solutions. Creates and modifies the documented guidelines, cheat sheets used by the Ops team, etc. Builds the process workflow for others to follow
- Engages in validation of new solutions with team Conducts training and performs RMA actions. Engages in device and customer migrations
- Performs tools deployments. Deploys new features and new architecture deployments
- Manages software and process automation and generates business system requirements. Performs automation of key functions

Internal/External Contact
- Contributes to mentoring junior team members
- Directs internal and external project team members
- Directs teams per project or initiative such as General Contractors, design teams, commissioning agents, equipment suppliers, etc.
- Expert level communication to include cross functional development and relevant technical writing
- Interactions are primarily to exchange information between departments within the organization
- Includes executive level communications in standardized templates

Process Support/ Optimization
- Responsible for creating automation scripts and frameworks to improve the efficiency of the environments. Reviews and improves workflows. Attends of CABs and other process committees.

Project Management
- Plans, coordinates and monitors the techincal activities of projects from start to completion (e.g., sets deadlines, assigns responsibilities, monitors and summarizes progress of project, conducts meetings)

Data Support/ Analysis
- Validates the integrity and origin of the data to be used for reporting. Analyzes the reports and determine patterns and trends correlated to the business. Defines KPIs for the main services that guide investment decision-making
