**About the Position**

We are looking for a Senior Business Analyst to join our team. This exciting position will be a key contributor in executing the Digital Growth strategy across EU countries. This position requires a person who can roll up their sleeves and make things happen, is experienced, analytical, and entrepreneurial individual with a focus on enabling business and maximizing returns.

Translate Ria Global strategy into specific EU country goals (e.g., growth strategy, pricing, etc.). Work closely with local teams for execution, control, and results evaluation
Competitor monitoring: payment and delivery methods, promotions, partners, UX, notifications, etc.
Conduct regular country/corridor research: cultures, immigrants, digital adoption, payment methods, competitors, etc.
Work with the Operations & Product to identify, assess and track production issues by country. Prioritize & champion EU production issues resolution and new feature launches
Daily follow-up of local news/ events and political issues that may be affecting that specific country
Track daily performance by country
Create regular business review decks by country
Collaborate with other key stakeholders to create project plans to implement action items by country
Collaborate with global team to implement corridor specific initiatives
Propose new ways to market Digital send markets, help measure offline marketing tactics, monitor, and report results, drive and participate in “sales” activities
Facilitate the employment marketing campaigns to improve local hiring results
Get involved in addressing the Bank of Lithuania action items
Weekly interaction with all departments: Marketing, Product, Technology, Compliance, Business Intelligence, Operations, etc.
Gathering and processing information/data from multiple internal and external sources

Duties, responsibilities and activities may change throughout the time depending on the ongoing projects, initiatives, expansions, etc.
- Qualifications
What we expect from you:
5+ years of professional experience in the Finance, IT, Digital Marketing, Consulting or related field s
Bachelor’s/Master’s degree with a concentration in Business Administration, Computer Science or Marketing preferred
Excellent command of written and oral English
Exceptionally strong skills with Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
Innovative and creative thinking
Ability to evaluate business processes from a business and technical perspective
Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects at once, making sure to meet quality, resources, and time constraints.
Experienced in managing stakeholders and contributors across several international teams
Highly analytical and methodical in approaching problem solving. The individual must be metric focused and would feel at home in a company that embraces a test-and-learn culture and data driven decision making
The individual must be extremely motivated and curious in wanting to understand the Ria business model, customers, markets, competitors and translate those learnings into actionable items
Individuals with prior experience in Fintech, Digital Business, M anagement C onsulting, P roject M anagement, D igital P roduct M arketing or similar preferred
Ability to work in the rapidly changing digital environment
Experience working with geographically dispersed teams is preferred
Experience in the Agile way of working is preferred
Travelling (mostly within EU) of up to 25% work time will be required
