**Mobility is the goal**:
Schindler aims to become a leader in ESG topics in its industry and beyond. Doing business sustainably is an integral part of the Schindler strategy. The general public, the financial community as well as customers and other stakeholders are requesting increasingly more detailed non-financial (sustainability/ESG) disclosures. Data collection and quality across the Schindler Group need to be strengthened to meet stringent regulatory standards, as well as support Schindler in monitoring and managing progress against ambitious targets. The role focuses on managing and maintaining a robust ESG data reporting system, engaging with all material Group companies, and ensuring the highest level of data quality and reliability fit for external assurance.

Main tasks / Key responsibilities:

- Support in establishing a robust ESG data collection framework and process across all Group material companies and corporate functions.
- Coordinate the annual (frequency to be increased) ESG data collection cycle using a state of the art software and provide support to group companies.
- Perform consistency and plausiblity checks of the submitted data, and engage with Group companies to document deviations with appropriate explanations.
- Preparation of consolidated statements for performance measurement and management.
- Preparation of information/data for the Group Annual/ Corporate Responsibility Report and ratings such as CDP.
- Support the external assurance process of ESG data and KPIs with appropriate documentation.
- Administrate the database and implement further developments in line with latest frameworks and standards.
- Build and update training materials including FAQs on reporting for the Group companies.
- Provide support for ad-hoc assignments related to ESG data.

Accountability:

- Delivery of data fit for external assurance including Schindler's carbon footprint and other KPIs and metrics.
- Smooth engagement with the Group companies to secure quality and respect of deadlines.
- Production of performance dashboards against sustainabiltiy goals.
- Excellence in the use of the Sphera corporate sustainability software with a community of users equipped to submit accurate, consistent and reliable data on time.

**Mobility needs you**:

- Higher education (bachelor/master’s degree in environmental management, environmental engineering, energy engineering, economics or similar).
- Analytical skills and minimum 3 years' experience in quantitative research or working as a Reporting/Data Analyst
- Experience in compiling, controling and consolidating large amounts of data in the field of energy consumption, water consumption, CO2 emissions, etc.
- Ability to present data in a visual way leading to clear recommendations and performance tracking
- Proficiency in Excel, knowledge of Sphera Corporate Sustainability Software and Power BI is a plus
- High interest for monitoring progress against KPIs and developing data driven recommendations for action
- Strong computer skills and enjoys working with data
- Attention to details - complete finisher
- Capacity to communicate with a wide group of users from many different backgrounds and nationalities
- Ability to keep broader goals in mind (outcomes) while working on details at the data level
- Ability to work autonomously
- English: C2 - Proficient
