Senior Business Analyst

**Senior Business Analyst for Sustainability **will be part of the Professional Services Division within the Solera International Operations Business Unit.

The Senior Business Analyst for Sustainabilityleverages an advisory approach to deliver recommendations regarding Sustainability Environment, AI, ML and Data to Solera clients with the objective of delivering consulting projects. As part of the Professional Services Division, the Senior Business Analyst for Sustainability will work very closely with the 4 sub-departments within the division: Implementation, Configuration, Training and Technical Solutions Services. In parallel, the Senior Business Analyst for Sustainabilitywill work in close alignment with different Solera teams, including P&D and account teams within Sales and Customer Support.

The Senior Business Analyst for Sustainabilitywill help customers innovate, transform, and evolve their business through the use of Solera´s products and platform and business and technical recommendations. The Senior Business Analyst for Sustainabilitydelivers value at multiple levels as per the below responsibilities:
**Responsibilities**
- Supporting the development of Solera end-to-end value proposition for data strategy, customer experience and analytics platform for Sustainability industry and players
- Being part of a project delivery team focusing on customer needs and pain points and solving client’s burning issues by helping clients to achieve new performance.
- Delivering consulting projects by focusing on solutions, best practices, benchmarks and by leveraging business and technical recommendations about sustainability environment, innovation, data, AI and ML
- Providing knowledge on sustainability to the team and ensure that the project is delivered on time and within budget, working with the other Solera teams (internally and externally Professional Services)
- Making an important contribution to the analysis, design, and implementation of business performance approaches, developing tailor-made solutions, and working closely with clients to ensure positive impact and sustainable results.
- Developing expertise in customer insight & growth experience practice areas to increase the breadth and depth of Solera’s knowledge base and capabilities within Sustainability industry.
- Working closely with the account teams within Sales to identify and qualify additional business opportunities for Solera and to deliver one unique Solera value proposition.
- Leveraging a deep understanding sustainability environment industry, analytics platform, data strategy, customer experience, platform business model

**Minimum qualifications**:

- University Degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science or equivalent
- Fluent in English
- 6+ years of global working experience in delivery large transformation programs and management of high-performing teams

Co2e emissions offsetting. Understand the implications, the process, and knowing the different stakeholders who are playing a role.
Co2e emissions certification of entities, methodologies, and processes
- Knowledge in Sustainability Environment Products/Process and Sustainability Environment Core Systems, with business strategy, TOM design, and industry expertise
- Experience in end-to-end Sustainability Environment operating model design, business process design initiatives
- Experience in presenting recommendations and results to C-Level with outstanding performance
- Excellent customer facing skills, collaboration, and communication.
- Strong interpersonal skills, able to build relationships within the Professional Services team and across other functions at a peer-to-peer level and wider.

**Preferred qualifications**:

- Bachelor of Science in Sustainability and Global Environmental Studies, BSc in sustainable Innovation or similar
- Master's degree in Sustainability / Energy efficiency
- Experience in delivering projects leveraging Agile Methodology
- Experience in delivering Design thinking workshops.
- Fluent in a second language (e.g.: German, French, Italian)

Pay: Up to 48,000.00€ per year
